Ended The Year 2022 ,with a Good Start into 2023 .  a First Time Mom  ,with a Career   was My Highlight of My Entire Year . It's Been 3 months since I took  a break off tour . Always excited to be on the Tour , got to accept the that I was born for this excitement  ,3 years with   Sadler's Wells, Ecole d sable and Pina bausch Foundation  ,got me reflecting  so much on how Times Travel. Reason why it go me writing....  "you never can tell how much time you loose out on living ,until you finally  realise  how much you  have on getting opportunity  . ŵ Make 2023 intentional. Had my 2nd Show at the Amare Theatre  Den Haag  and with 2 more shows to go. Loving the Intensity of the Rehearsals  into  Performances ... With Clementine  Deluy  and Jorge Puerta  as restagers nothing gets you more prepared ,nothing really, still dealing with my weight gained but was accepted by the team with all arms ,celebrating with me and finishing  D

Hello Everyone  ,it's good to be back again after a while.  Currently it's the Autumn  tour of the Sacre du Printemps and the journey kicked off Greatly with a 10days Rehearsals at the school of Sand Ecole des Sables Selfie with the sacre team last night at Dialaw Following our first phase of Performance  in Paris at  La Villette  theatre  with  9 shows  ,full house parked , Paris was so welcoming,  Night after Nights  were standing ovations.  The Tour Rite of Spring ,couldn't even stop the Film "DANCING PINA from its cinematic  Tour .. A must  watch Film for aspiring ,inspiring, old and young dancers ,artist and persons or lovers positive energy  ,a movie about  Pina's  past, present and what the future  Holds Premiere Dancing Pina  in Paris  Then we moved into Canada   YUL Rehearsed  and performed at Place des Art,Michigan and to always imagine  myself dancing in a great  space that reminded
