Yle Finland Helsinki Interview


It has been over a year since I last wrote on this blog. Looking back, I see how richly life has unfolded and how my career has been transformed into reality. I realized I have not been using this space to document my work as I first intended. Going forward, Ugwarelojo will return to this platform to share her artistic journey, just as she began in 2021.

So, here’s to a happy read! My next publication is about my interview with **Yle Finland in Helsinki**—a round table conversation with my co-stagers **Jorge Puerta** and **Clémentine Deluy**, joined by **Salomon Bausch**, the son of the legendary Pina Bausch.

This interview offers a glimpse into my journey: working alongside fellow Africans on international stages, moving across borders, and creating art that speaks to our shared humanity.

2024 was an exciting year for me in so many artistic achievements and representing Nigeria at the International Dance Forum in Tanzania was more than a Career dream come through but a mile stone into what I imagined my progress in the world of art could be.
